Original praline
The classic SCHATYE sweet is a praline made from nuts roasted in cane sugar with the addition of author's combinations of flavors - we ourselves roast and select nuts, infuse basil leaves in grape seed oil, cut fruits and select the best berries.
Toffee
For our caramel, we use natural 33% cream and add flavors such as tropical fruits, spices or specialty coffee. The author's SCHASTYE coffee blend is mixed from Arabica beans grown and processed in high-mountainous Southern Ethiopia (Guji province) and Brazil (Santa Ines zone). When the toffees cool down, we cover them with 30% milk chocolate, 72% dark chocolate and arrange them in boxes.
Truffles
We prepare our chocolate truffles according to the classic French recipe, choosing for them natural 33% cream and 72% bitter or 30% milk chocolate. Each truffle is handcrafted by our confectioners with a smooth creamy texture or liquid center of viscous caramel or smooth fruit puree.
Chocolate
We create artisan broken homemade chocolate, which is prepared in the traditional way: a chocolate sheet filled with nuts, caramel, berries or spices solidifies, so that later it is broken into neat beautiful fragments and put in a box. Also now in our collection there are chocolate bars made from exclusive cocoa beans of the Trinitario variety, which were grown in Vietnam in the province of Ben Tre. Both bitter and milk chocolate, this chocolate has a thick rich aroma with a slight citrus sourness, but at the same time with mild acidity.
Cookies and cupcakes
Our homemade cookies are baked according to recipes that have been carefully stored in SCHASTYE for more than ten years, we supplement them with special combinations of flavors - creamy caramel, white and milk chocolate, delicate cottage cheese, raspberries, lemon and turmeric. We use natural ingredients, so the quality of cookies may vary slightly over time and with each baking.
Macaroon
We prepare traditional French biscuits with almond flour and cream filling. Under the bright crispy shell of the biscuit lies a delicate cream with various flavors: from classic one-component to complex multifaceted combinations.
Homemade sweet
We have put together a collection of unusual and memorable combinations using only natural ingredients: raspberry and pink pepper, creamy caramel and sea salt, pistachio and fragrant basil, cardamom and hazelnuts and the classic taste of praline in milk chocolate.
For little angels
We have prepared a children's praline collection for little Angels and for those who do not stop being children. Classic and favorite children's combinations of banana, vanilla and cookies in milk chocolate in a fabulous box SCHASTYE KIDS
